Each small batch is hand-crafted in Vermont using the simplest ingredients free from chemicals and preservatives. Our cookies are big enough to share!
My family loves making huge ice cream sandwiches with these cookies. We scoop generous amounts of real vanilla bean ice cream (vegan for me, cow's milk for them) between two chocolate chip cookies and then roll the ice cream edges in crushed walnuts. YUM!
